Elia Saade is a very ambitious, self- motivated individual with strong attention to detail.
Elia always has the drive to invest in real estate, and start-ups. Elia graduated from Rutgers University in the state of New Jersey with a B.A. in Business Management, and got his real estate license from Temple University in the state of Pennsylvania. After he completed his undergrad, Elia graduated from Digital Marketing Institute (DMI) in Ireland being a Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP). In his 6 years of expertise in entrepreneurship and real estate, Elia invested and launched his organization that goes by the name PROPICAL ESTATES. Under his strategic investment arm, PROPICAL ESTATES expanded to the Republic of Armenia, Republic of Cyprus, and The United Arab Emirates by launching his organization first in the Republic of Lebanon.
He also joined forces with the most important interior architects in the region to bring modern luxury living concepts to PROPICAL ESTATES’ assets and the real estate market as a whole.
